In this class, we will discuss how to use the curanderismo cleansing practices of barridas (sweeping) and bańos (baths), to keep yourself and your loved ones clear of negative energy. We will instruct you on what herbs, feathers, and other items you can use for barridas, and how to use it. We will also go on to explain the power behind spiritual baths, and how you can make them yourself!
